Guest Ratings & Reviews
My stay at the hotel was pretty good overall. The room, although small, was quite practical, although it did get a bit too warm at times. The service was mixed with some employees being very nice and knowledgeable while others weren't that helpful. The location, though very active, was convenient with easy access to transportation. The dining options were sufficient but not exceptional. The facilities were decent with everything I needed available.
The hotel rooms are reminiscent of Accor's low-budget All Seasons inns - small, functional, and minimalist. However, every room here comes with a larger TV compared to All Seasons properties. The rooms were clean, tidy, and appealing, offering the same room rates for all. The service provided was pleasant and efficient, with quick responses and friendly staff, though the pillows were a bit too soft for my liking. The location was great, with helpful and friendly staff, making it ideal to reach everywhere needed, despite being a bit far from the Subway. The dining experience was amazing with a variety of Western and Korean food options, accompanied by a cozy atmosphere likened to fine restaurants, boasting an espresso machine. The facilities offered need some room repainting to enhance the overall experience.
My stay at this hotel was mixed. The rooms were functional and minimalist, with a decent size and a larger TV set, though there was a strange smell on the first day. The service was polite and helpful overall, and the location was convenient for accessing the nearby train station and shopping areas. The dining experience offered a buffet with a good variety of foods, but there were some issues like drainage problems. Despite these drawbacks, it was a comfortable stay with friendly staff.
